Police say a car slammed into a house in Lewisville Wednesday afternoon.
Officers told NBC 5 the vehicle struck the home at about 2:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Acorn Drive.
It is unknown if there was anyone inside the house at the time of the incident.
There is no word on any injuries or what may have caused the crash.
The large hole left in the house has been boarded up.
