Car Chase Goes Through 3 Counties, Ends in Crash

The chase went through Johnson County, Tarrant County, Dallas County

A high speed chase that crossed three counties has come to an end. Police said that at about 10:00 p.m. Sunday a chase that started in Alvarado ended in Dallas after the car crashed on a service road on Interstate-20 and Cockrell Hill.

The Johnson County Sheriff said that the chase started on Inerstate-35 in Alvarado after police tried to pull over a car for speeding. The car took off and drove through Arlington, Grand Prairie, and into Dallas County.

The car crashed on a service road on I-20 and Cockrell Hill, police said.

Officials said that both of the people inside the car have been taken into custody.

No other cars were involved in the crash.
