Authorities said a man was on a boat that capsized at White Rock Lake in Dallas Thursday morning.
Dallas Fire-Rescue officials said they responded to a call about the boat at the lake at about 10:20 a.m. The 911 caller told police someone was on the boat, but couldn't tell if the person was wearing a life preserver.
Before paramedics arrived arrived, a civilian towed the boat and occupant to the shore. Officials said they checked the boater at the scene for injuries.
