Bacon Cotton Candy Martinis on the Menu for NRA 500 Race

Texas Motor Speedway will have several new menu options available for NASCAR fans at the upcoming NRA 500 race in Fort Worth and the dishes are just as decadent as they sound.

The new items include glazed donuts and a brisket combination dubbed the "Smokin' Hubcaps," a "Jackalope Sausage" featuring a blend of pork, rabbit and antelope.

Young race fans can also get their fill with the "Kid's Favorite" hot dog - an all beef hot dog topped with creamy mac and cheese and a crunchy layer of Frito topping.

And if that's not enough, adults can wash it all down with a specially concocted "Bacon Cotton Candy Martini," a spin off of the "Hawg Heaven Bacon Cotton Candy" debuted during the offseason. The bacon-topped cocktail features citrus vodka infused with bacon flavored cotton candy that gives it a bright pink color. The glass is also topped with two strips of candied bacon and will be available for just $12 in The Speedway Club.

Race weekend starts Friday, April 12, with the O'Reilly Auto Parts 300 followed by the NRA 500 Saturday night.
