Austin police have cited a Capital Metro bus driver for not yielding in an accident in which a pedestrian was struck and killed.
Police said Tuesday that the driver, whose name wasn't immediately released, failed to yield the right of way to the woman in a crosswalk.
The accident happened Monday night. The name of the victim wasn't immediately released.
Authorities say no passengers were board the bus at the time of the deadly accident.
