Arlington Searching for Man Who Attacked Prostitute

Arlington police are looking for the man who they say sexually assaulted a prostitute last month.

According to police, the pair met up on Sept. 17, 2014 with the understanding of exchanging sex for money.  The woman rode with the man to the 3400 block of E. Division Street where the man parked the vehicle behind a business and then raped and assaulted the woman.

The vehicle was recorded on video pulling in and out of the parking lot.

The man is described as being between 25 and 30 years old with brown eyes and dark brown hair. He was described as short and stocky, weighing more than 200 pounds. He had a thin, trimmed mustache and goatee.

Police had a good description of the man's vehicle, a 2002-2007 white Jeep Liberty with a gray interior and a tire on the back. Most notable may be the blue EKG or sound wave sticker across the back window.

Arlington police supplied an artist's rendition of a vehicle that is similar in appearance to the man's vehicle, but it is not the actual vehicle in question (Seen above).

The same man, or someone matching the description of both he and his vehicle, is believed to have committed an aggravated assault in Grand Prairie about a month before the Arlington attack.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call Arlington Police Department Detective Jack Jenkins at 817-459-5305 or call Crime Stoppers at 817 469-TIPS (8477). Tipsters may remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward up to $1,000 from Crime Stoppers.
