Arlington police said they received a call at about 12:45 p.m. March 28 about a man entering a woman's apartment in the 2200 block of East Park Row Drive and attacking her.

The man wore a black scarf over his face, but police said it came off during the attack. The victim described the man as black, heavy set or muscular and 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall with slight facial hair and distinctive scarring on his forehead.

Police said they think the man drove away in an older, light gray passenger car.

Based on the victim's description, a forensic artist prepared a sketch of the attacker (pictured above).

Police asked anyone with information about this incident call Detective Becky Szatkowski at 817-459-5580 or Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817-469-8477 (TIPS).
