Officers of the Arlington Police Department saved the city of Gotham Tuesday when they were the first riders on one of three villainous rides in the Six Flags Over Texas park expansion.
While the newly expanded Gotham City won't open to the general public until Saturday, May 28, Arlington police celebrated the park's new rides with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 24.
Catwoman and Batman welcomed the officers into the theme park, allowing them to preview the Catwoman whip ride.
The expansion to Six Flags Over Texas features three villain-centered rides based off of DC Comic's Batman universe. These rides are:
- The Riddler Revenge
- Catwoman Whip
- Harley Quinn Spinsanity
Admission to Gotham City is included in the ticket to Six Flags Over Texas.
