Police say they have located the Austin three-week-old for whom an Amber Alert was issued Monday afternoon.
Prior to Monday, Elijah Phillips was last seen July 23, according to Austin police. He was born July 19 and is now in CPS custody.
Police said they arrested Brandy Galbert, one of the people they were looking for, in connection to the Amber Alert.
Police said they had not located Phillips' mother, Brittany Smith. Police did not mention Phillips' father, Carl Hayden.
