The warm weather we're seeing serves as a reminder that allergy season is in full bloom for many North Texans.
According to Weather.com Pollen counts are highest in Las Vegas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Santa Fe and right here in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Doctors say they're seeing a lot of patients who spend days inside with cold symptoms, then step outside only to breathe in allergens.

"Then we say oh I need to go outside such a beautiful day and you go outside and you cough, take a deep breathe, you cough cause of what's in the air," said Mark Millard the medical director at Baylor Scptt and White's Foster Lung Care Center.
The recent rains have also resulted in a spike in some mold counts as well.
Doctors say you should keep your nasal sprays and eye drops handy.
