Four people died in a crash on US Highway 175 near Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in South Dallas shortly after 4:00 a.m. Saturday.

The Dallas County Sheriff's Office says 58-year old Walter Williams was driving a Mazda SUV southbound on the northbound side of 175 and hit a pick-up truck.

Williams and two people in his SUV, a woman and a teen-aged boy whose names have not been released, died.  The driver of the pick-up, 26-year old Marcos Flabio Campos-Colunga was also killed.

Based on statements investigators got from people they interviewed, they are looking at alcohol as a possible cause of this deadly wrong-way crash.

Northbound US 175 near MLK Blvd. was closed for approximately three hours Saturday morning while Sheriff's deputies investigated and cleared the scene,
