Women Says She Was Attacked, Robbed By Dogs

Dallas police responded to a 911 call Thursday morning after a woman said she'd been attacked by dogs and then had her purse stolen by the dogs.

According to a police incident report, the call came in at 4:46 a.m. Thursday from the area around 302 North Marsalis Avenue. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel treated the woman at a convenience store in the area after discovering her legs were bleeding.

The 51-year-old woman told officers that three dogs bit her and then took her purse. The woman said the dogs then ran to a white building in the 800 block of East 8th Street. The woman described the dogs as black, beige, and white, but did not specify a breed.

Responding officers did not locate the dogs or the woman's purse.
