San Antonio police say the death of a woman whose nude body was found near a strip club is being investigated as a homicide.
Authorities say an autopsy was scheduled Wednesday on the victim identified as 33-year-old Brandy Sheppard.
Police say someone passing by discovered the body Tuesday morning in a strip club parking lot. Police say Sheppard did not work at the business.
Chief William McManus says it appears the body had been placed at the site. Investigators will examine surveillance video from the club and from a nearby business.
