A North Texas woman is in the hospital after her car flipped over in Rowlett Sunday morning.
Police said the woman, whose identity has not been released, was driving her white Camaro on the 4100 block of Hickox Road when the car left the roadway, hit a culvert and rolled over. The woman was then trapped in her car.
Police and the fire department arrived on the scene shortly after 6 a.m. and extracted the woman from her vehicle. According to police, the woman was transported to the hospital with a head trauma, but her full condition is not known.
Rockwall County officials are still looking into what caused the car to rollover.
