    Police said they have arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with a violent murder inside a north Dallas apartment Wednesday night.

    The body of 50-year-old Robin Bavousett was discovered at about 10:31 p.m. in the 17700 block of Vail Street between Frankford and Trinity Mills roads. Police were called to the scene after someone who went to check on the victim made the discovery.

    Police confirmed that they arrested Ezekiel Cox Wednesday night and booked him into jail on a capital murder charge.

    Cox is being held on $1 million bond.

    Investigators said there were signs of violence at the scene.
