Woman Fatally Stabbed at Fort Worth Realtor Office

Fort Worth homicide detectives are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found at a real estate office Monday afternoon.

According to police, officers were dispatched to the ReMax location on the 4200 block of Heritage Trace Parkway at about 4:30 p.m.

Police said the 911 call came in as a cutting call. Police have not said who made the 911 call.

Police at the scene have confirmed a woman died at that location and that homicide investigators are now looking into her death.

"It's sad. It's horrific," said Fort Worth police Cpl. Tracey Knight. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of the victim."

The real estate office is located in a busy business district and nearby workers were shocked.

"We were just trying to figure out what was going on, cause it's a really nice neighborhood. So we just didn't know what was going on," said Shana Sun. "Patients started telling us what was going on, and what happened, and someone got stabbed, and a person fled, but that was all we knew."

Investigators said the woman knew her attacker, but no arrests have been made.
