Dallas police say a woman died after being shot in the face with a shotgun early Thursday morning.
The shooting happened in the 7300 block of Chaucer Place around 4:15 a.m. Thursday.
Police say the woman was taken to Methodist Dallas where she died from her injuries. The identity of the shooting victim was not immediately released.
Two people were inside the apartment at the time. Detectives are interviewing them to see what they saw and who may be responsible.
Police say there's no motive or suspect information right now.
