Veterans were honored at the “Tee It Up For The Troops” event at Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas Wednesday.
The Veterans Day event allowed veterans to play golf and pay their respects to those who died fighting for freedom.
A few hundred people attended the event, which featured music and several speakers.

It also helped raise money for 'Carry the Load,' a Dallas-based organization that helps members of the military.
