Vacant Apartment Complex Burns in Dallas

A vacant apartment building was heavily damaged in an overnight fire Saturday morning.

Dallas Fire Rescue crews were called at about 11:30 p.m. to the complex at 12363 Abrams Road. 

Officials said then they arrived on scene fire was in the third floor of the building. The fire quickly spread through the attic, elevating the fire to four alarms.

No serious injuries were reported. One firefighter was taken to the hospital for a minor injury.

Investigators are now looking into what caused the fire at the vacant building.
