It's like something out of a spy movie, a thief climbing in through the roof.

That is what happened at Malarkey’s Tavern in Dallas.

The general manager shared video with NBC 5.

The video shows the suspect going in through a vent on the roof early Sunday morning, wearing a hooded jacket, gloves and what looked like goggles.

Surveillance video didn't capture his jump because he cut the wires to some of the cameras in the ceiling.

But cameras did catch him in the office where he took money out of the safe.

The general manager said the thief grabbed some booze as well.

“It's a weird story. Instead of going through a door, breaking in that way, for somebody to move a vent off the roof and come through the ceiling. It’s kind of Mission: Impossible. It’s bizarre,” said General Manager Megan Zerwekh.
