A 25-year-old Northeast Texas man has pleaded guilty to federal charges that he used a 2-year-old relative for child pornography he posted online last year.
Adam Lee Blankenship, from Titus County, has been jailed since his arrest last October.
He entered into the plea agreement Wednesday at a federal court appearance in Texarkana. Prosecutors say his plea deal includes a proposed 25-year prison term and lifetime probation and sex offender registration.
According to the Texarkana Gazette, federal prosecutors say three additional charges in Blankenship's indictment will be dismissed as part of the deal. Formal sentencing is expected in three or four months.
