New Mexico State Police say a Texas man is dead after his pickup truck overturned.
State Police say 38-year-old Tracey L. Stockton Jr., of Odessa, was traveling eastbound south of Hobbs near the Texas state line when his vehicle went off the road around 6:30 a.m. Friday.
Authorities say it rolled over several times.
Stockton was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the car.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say speed an alcohol may have been factors in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
