Teen Girl Injured in Shooting: Dallas Police

Police said a teenage girl was shot by a man in the middle of an East Dallas street Monday night. [[340056252,C]]

Dallas police said they responded to a shooting call near the intersection of Bryan Street and North Munger Boulevard at about 8:25 p.m.

Witnesses told police they saw the victim talking to a man holding a gun in the road. Police said the gun was fired, striking the victim

The victim was transported to Baylor University Medical Center. Her condition was not released.

The second teenager was placed in the back of a Dallas police cruiser at the scene. There is no word yet if she was arrested.
