Police said a suspected burglar was fatally shot at a Frisco apartment complex early Thursday morning.
Frisco police said they responded to a burglary call in the 7500 block of Stonebrook Parkway at about 12:10 a.m. and found a gunshot victim in the parking lot.
The suspected burglar was transported to a hospital and later pronounced deceased, according to authorities.
No further details have been released.
