The man accused of kidnapping Christina Morris now faces another serious accusation.
Allen police have charged Enrique Arochi with sexual assault of a child, in a separate case unrelated to Morris' disappearance.
Allen police said the alleged sexual assault happened before Arochi, 24, was arrested in December for aggravated kidnapping.
“It’s sickening,” said Jonni McElroy, Morris’ mother. “I’ve always believed in my heart this is not Enrique's first attempt to hurt anybody. I’ve always believed that.”
Morris' family and supporters protested outside Arochi's parents’ home in Allen Monday night, hoping for answers to where Morris can be found.
“I’m still not going to give up,” said McElroy. “There are answers behind that door, and there are answers in jail.”
Morris was last seen Aug. 30 walking into a parking garage near The Shops at Legacy in Plano.

Surveillance footage from the parking garage showed a man later identified as Arochi accompanying her into the garage.
His vehicle is later seen driving out of the garage, but there was no sign of Morris. Police arrested Arochi three months later after finding DNA in his car trunk.
Police said they are still unaware of Morris' location, and their search continues.
“It’s time for justice to be served, and it will be served,” said McElroy. “They might think that we won’t find our daughter, but we will find her.”
NBC 5 has reached out to Arochi's attorney and his family for comment, but they have not responded.
Allen police said they plan to release more information about the new charge after it's presented to the grand jury on Thursday.
Arochi also faces a theft charge in Wylie.
