Student Disciplined Over Facebook “To Die” List

A Keller student who posted on Facebook a list of about 40 people he wanted to see dead has been disciplined, the Dallas Morning News reported.

The Central High School student, who was not identified, included 10 students from his school on the list, school officials said.

"The information was brought to us by students who printed off the list because it was causing a certain uncertainty and fear," Central High Principal David Hinson told the paper. "We contacted the parents of all the students on the list to let them know that we are taking all the necessary safety precautions."

Hinson told WBAP that the student has been moved to an alternative campus. Fort Worth police were investigating, but no charges have been filed.

Hinson said the student doesn't have a previous record of disciplinary problems.
