Investigators have determined an 18-year-old man fatally shot two siblings at the family's Houston-area house before taking his own life.
Services are scheduled Thursday afternoon in Houston for the two men and their younger sister.
Authorities believe Fahad Mughal on Tuesday killed 23-year-old Faheem Mughal and 15-year-old Rebecca Mughal, then committed suicide. Their mother discovered the bodies.
Stafford police Lt. James Leedom says authorities may never know the motive. Records show officers were summoned to the house eight times since 2005, with two of those calls for family violence.
