Frito-Lay has issued a voluntary recall of Stacy's Simply Naked Pita Chips due to an allergy alert. It applies only to the "simply naked" flavor, the company said in a news release.

People who have an allergy or sensitivity to milk run the risk or a serious of life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product contained in the recalled pita chips, the release said.

The limited recall applies to 1 1/3 oz. bags with the "use by" date of April 23 2019 and a nine-character manufacturing code of 65M127902.

Those numbers can be found at the front of the bag along the top of the right side.

No other Stacy's products or flavors are being recalled.
