The Texas Department of Public Safety discontinued a Silver Alert for a missing Dallas man.
Henry Lee Davis, an 85-years-old who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and dementia, was reported missing after being last seen at his residence at around 8 p.m. Saturday.
Police issued a Silver Alert for him Sunday afternoon. That alert was discontinued Sunday evening after he was spotted by a passerby who saw the man on the ground in the 7500 block of S. Central at around 4 p.m. That person called 911 and Dallas Fire-Rescue took Davis to the hospital.
A nurse at the hospital recognized Davis from the Silver Alert and called police.
His family was notified and went to the hospital to be with him.
