Authorities have discontinued a Silver Alert after safely locating a man who had been reported missing.
The Flower Mound Police Department said 85-year-old Charles Edward Skinner has been reunited with his family.
Skinner, who suffers from cognitive impairment, had last been seen late Wednesday, and officials believed his disappearance was a threat to his health and safety.
