Dallas police and SWAT have ended a standoff situation in North Dallas.
Officers were called to the 10500 block of Pagewood Saturday afternoon. Investigators say the man possibly fired a gun outside of the home and then barricaded himself inside. Police then called in the SWAT team for assistance.
Our crews on the scene heard several loud flashbangs during the standoff, but Dallas police say they were not gunshots, but were in fact part of the SWAT operation.
Dallas Police were able to end the standoff around 6:45 Saturday night without incident.
It is not known if the barricaded person is the only one in the home or why police were initially called to the home.
