Emergency crews are responding to a head-on collision between a rock hauler and a truck on U.S. Route 380 in Farmersville.
According to the Collin County Sheriff's Office, One westbound vehicle crossed the median into eastbound traffic and collided with another vehicle head on.
Eastbound lanes are shut down, but traffic is flowing both directions on the westbound side.
There are several injuries due to the crash but no fatalities reported.
