A North Dallas school that was placed on lock down after a woman said she was robbed near the campus is over.
Dallas police spokesperson Monica Cordova said the woman reported she was robbed at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon in the 19000 block of Preston Road.
As a precaution, police placed nearby Primrose School of Bent Trail on lock down
After further investigation, police discovered the victim had not been robbed, but rather was the victim of an assault by her boyfriend.
The man is not in custody at this time.
