Arlington police said they arrested a man in connection with a shooting at a motel that left two people injured Friday.
Officers arrested 34-year-old Sontus Deshon Caraway Saturday afternoon and charged him with two counts of aggravated assault, authorities said.
According to police, a man and a woman were shot outside a motel in the 2700 block of West Division Street near Bowen Road at about 9:15 p.m. The injuries to the pair, whose identities have not been released, were not believed to be life-threatening.
Police have revealed little about the investigation, but did say they think Caraway knew the victims.
