Police say a man was found with a gunshot wound to the head on the porch of his home in south Dallas.
Police were called around 4:30 a.m. after a shot was heard nearby. Police soon found the 20-year-old man, dead, on the 1300-block of Neptune.
The man's roomate says he was asleep inside the homeat the time and didn't know what happened to the man, according to police.
Police have been questioning witnesses at the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
The man's name isn't being released until next of kin can be notified.
