Police Identify 2 Men Shot, Killed in Weekend Dispute

Police in North Texas have identified two men fatally shot following a weekend altercation between groups of people in separate cars.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports Tuesday that 22-year-old Francisco Vallejo of Fort Worth died Sunday of a gunshot to the chest.

Also killed in the dispute early Sunday morning was 22-year-old Richard Torres of Fort Worth, who was shot in the head and neck. A 23-year-old man who police have not identified also was shot. His condition was not available.

Fort Worth police say the altercation prompted both cars to pull into a store parking lot. A person exited one of the vehicles and started shooting. The case remains under investigation.
