The Dallas County Sheriff's Office assisted Ellis County law enforcement officials in a chase that ended on the wrong side of US 67-Polk.
The chase started in Ellis County, according to reports, but the suspect led police all the way to US 67 in Dallas. The police followed the suspect north, but ended up on the southbound side. It is unclear at this time what caused the chase.
Footage showed the two front tires of the suspect's car were severely damaged. Police handcuffed a woman and loaded her into a Dallas Fire-Rescue vehicle.
Officials have cleared all units and the suspect's vehicle from the road.
