Police Arrest Ex-Husband in Death of Frisco Woman

Frisco police said they arrested a man Thursday in connection with the death of a Frisco woman, his ex-wife.

Officers arrested 63-year-old Robert Moses and charged him with murder in the death of 43-year-old Anna Moses, according to police.

Frisco police said they found Anna Moses dead at her home in the 5900 block of Charleston Drive Jan. 14. Investigators said Anna Moses’s 2009 Hyundai Sonata had been taken from the residence. Officers recovered the vehicle a few blocks away and found blood evidence inside.

Investigators asked Robert Moses to submit a DNA test when they noticed a fresh cut on his hand during an interview. Police said the analysis resulted in a positive match.

Police transported Robert Moses to the Frisco Police Detention Center and charged him with murder. His bond was set at $1 million.

In January, Robert Moses told NBC 5 that he and his wife had been divorced for two years but maintained a strong friendship.

Anna Moses had worked at the University of Texas at Dallas since 2005.

"The news of Anna's passing is a shock to the University community," University spokesman John Walls said. "She will be sorely missed."

The Texas Rangers and United States Marshals assisted in the investigation.
