Authorities are searching for three men who bound and assaulted a 70-year-old man and 59-year-old woman in their home in Southeast Texas.
The Port Arthur News reported that the Nederland couple was taken to the hospital after the incident Wednesday afternoon.
Police said the man opened his door after seeing the three men, one of whom told him he had a delivery to make.
The three men forced their way inside the home and bound the couple with duct tape. They looked for money, but the couple said they kept none in the house.
