Harold Laufgraben claimed the second-tier prizewinning ticket, worth $1,000,008. It was bought at the Euless RaceTrac at 220 W. Euless Blvd.

His Quick Pick ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers drawn (11-13-25-39-54), but not the red Powerball number (19).

The drawing on Feb. 11 had a $564.1 million jackpot, and was the fifth largest prize in U.S. history. It was also the third-largest Powerball.

The overall odds of winning the jackpot prize is one in 175,223,510.
