Pedestrian Killed Along Interstate 30 East of Downtown Dallas

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle along the westbound lanes of Interstate 30 east of Downtown Dallas Friday afternoon.

The collision took place on I-30 between St. Francis Avenue and Loop 12, just west of the I-30, U.S. 80 split.

The westbound lanes of I-30 are closed in the area while the crash is investigated.
