Some residents in Flower Mound will experience an interruption in water service on Monday, October 29, 2012. Residents living on and west of Post Oak road will be the ones affected.
The interruption is expected to be between 9a.m. and 8p.m.
According to a news release issued by the town of Flower Mound, the interruption is due to crews connecting a new water pipeline section associated with the future Cross Timbers (FM 1171) road improvement project.
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requires the city to issue a boil water notification until service has been restored. Those who get water from another source and not the city will not be affected.
