Pair Caught on Tape Stealing from Library: Police

Police searching for two in connection with computer thefts

Arlington police are offering a reward for two young men wanted in connection with breaking into a city library and stealing tablet computers.

The pair were caught on surveillance video at about 4 a.m. Nov. 22 as they broke into the library at 1624 New York Avenue. Police believe the two are between the ages of 16 and 19 years old.

Cameras in a computer lab recorded the pair entering a locked closet and grabbing the tablets.

Tipsters may remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
