Procter and Gamble has issued a voluntary recall for specific lots of pet food brands IAMS and Eukanuba.
The company says the lots have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. No Salmonella illnesses have yet to be reported.
Products in the recall were made during one 10 day stretch at a single manufacturing site. Routine testing of the products determined some of them could potentially be contaminated with Salmonelle.
