In the affidavit, which was filed in April, Dhawan outlines the days before and after her son died in January 2014 and asserts that she loved her son and did not hurt or kill him.
The bodies of a man and woman were found inside the Dhawan family home Sept. 3, 2014, nearly nine months after the death of Arnav. As of this writing, officials have not confirmed the identities of the people found.
