The Dallas Police Department discontinued a Silver Alert for a man missing since 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Theodore Moore, diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, was last seen in the 4000 block of Idaho Avenue in Dallas.
Dallas police said Sunday afternoon that the 75-year-old man was found safe in Van Zandt County and his family is going to pick him up.
