Officials in Mineral Wells are reconsidering a new policy about how long flags can stay on the graves of veterans.
Right now, residents can only put flags on graves for a two-week period around Memorial Day and Veteran's Day.
The restriction was approved by the city a few weeks ago, but a veteran filed a complaint against the policy.
Now the city and the Woodland Park Cemetery have decided to get input from the public on the policy.
The cemetery is holding a public meeting about the policy on Tuesday, July 10 at the Mineral Wells City Hall Annex.
