Several fire departments responded to a large house fire in Denton County.
A house located on Farm-to-Market Road 720 and Martingale Trail near Oak Point caught fire late Tuesday morning, according to the sheriff's department.
Due to the extreme heat, fire departments from surrounding cities assisted, including Aubrey, Prosper, Krum, Flower Mound, The Colony and Little Elm.
There are no reports of any injuries.
The fire marshal's office is investigating the cause of the fire.
