Two people are dead after a wreck involving two motorcycles overnight in Dallas, according to authorities.[[304087051,C]]
Police said they're certain that speed played a role in the collision involving the two motorcycles on westbound Interstate 30 near Jim Miller Road.
Emergency responders arrived and found a man and a woman dead. Police said they were riding on one of the motorcycles.
The driver of the other motorcycle was not seriously injured. Police said they detained him and tested his blood-alcohol level.
There is no word yet if the motorcyclists knew each other.
