Man Guilty in Sexual Assault Posted to Social Media

A man is guilty in the 2013 sexual assault of an Arlington woman which was recorded and posted on Facebook, a Tarrant County jury found.

The victim had no memory of the assault, which took place at the man's home after she was given a powdered substance containing Xanax, prosecutors said.

Christian Fuentes, who was 19 years old at the time of the assault, was sentenced by the judge to four years in prison and 10 years of probation that could result in 10 years imprisonment if broken.

During the trial, prosecutors said Fuentes' parents were home at the time of the assault, and he even spoke with his mother shortly before the assault began.

Fuentes later admitted to taking the unconscious woman's debit card and using it at an ATM with the intent of stealing from her account, according to the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office.
